Please select a delivery address where you will be present during delivery, as the order can only be handed over in person. The package cannot be collected from the transport company if it is not delivered.

You can choose from the following shipping methods:

• Standard delivery: 4-6 working days (Mon-Fri) after receipt of order • Express delivery: 2-3 working days (Mon-Fri) after receipt of order

Please note the following additional information: • All products are shipped to you already gift-wrapped (except for calendar inserts). • For orders with more than two products, of which at least one is a clothing item, the specified delivery time of the chosen shipping method is also extended by one working day.

In order to provide you with the best possible customer service, please provide your complete and correct delivery address. Unfortunately, it is not possible to change the delivery address afterwards.

In the “City” field, the city that corresponds to the postal code must be entered. You can add additional information to your address under “Address Line 2”.

We will send you emails regularly to keep you informed about the status of your order. You can also view the status of your order at any time in your personal shop account on the website.
